To guarantee your booking, we ask for a 40% advance payment - the balance in cash!
Check-in : from 16:00 hrs - late arrival (after 20:00 hrs) by prior arrangement!
Check-out by 09:00 hrs - later by prior agreement

All apartments are non-smoking apartments!
No pets allowed!
Our rooms are suitable for people with allergies - please ask on arrival!
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance: Europäische Reiseversicherung
For non-arrivals we charge 100%
Cancellation charges are as follows:
- Up to 3 months before arrival you may cancel free of charge.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation charge is 70% of the total price.
- For cancellations within one week of arrival, we invoice 90%
- For early departures 100%.
The cooling-off period in accordance with § 11 para. 1 of the FAAG does not apply; the General Terms of Business for the Hotel Industry apply here instead (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf) § 5 of the AGBH 2006
