• Prices shown are per apartment per day
• Excluding final cleaning fee - from € 100 - € 120
• Excluding final cleaning fee - from Apart Garber € 150,-
• Damage deposit in cash upon arrival € 200,-
• Local visitor tax 2.60 euros per day/person (from 16 years)
• Short stay supplement for stays up to 3 days
• Payment in cash preferred
• To guarantee your booking, we ask for a 40% advance payment - the balance in cash!
• Check-in : from 16:00 hrs - late arrival (after 20:00 hrs) by prior arrangement!
• Check-out by 09:00 hrs - later by prior agreement
• Free parking
• Free ski bus at the apartments
• All apartments are non-smoking apartments!
• No pets allowed!
• Our rooms are suitable for people with allergies - please ask on arrival!
• We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance: Europäische Reiseversicherung
  For non-arrivals we charge 100%
• Cancellation charges are as follows:
  
  • Up to 3 months before arrival you may cancel free of charge.
  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total price.
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation charge is 70% of the total price.
  • For cancellations within one week of arrival, we invoice 90%
  • For early departures 100%.
